When the beautiful Bec Weeden from IN2URLIFE emailed me to see if I would like to teach on and attend their upcoming Bali Adventure Health Retreat my I couldn't contain my excitement. I know that probably from the outside my whole life looks like one big retreat..  (I mean let's face it... I LIVE in Bali, I work when I want to, I eat well, I train every day... errrr... it kind of is...) but what got me super excited is the potential to make some new connections and spend a week with a group of like-minded people that are all there for the very same reason.. To create positive change in their lives and walk away a healthier version of themselves.

I can't speak for everyone.. and I know that for a lot of people, a week away from the daily grind where you are housed, fed and kept entertained is like heaven on earth.... but to truly do something out of the ordinary... to step outside of my comfort zone and challenge myself is the reason I am excited about this. Yes the activities are freakin' AWESOME!!! But it's the chance to share these experiences with a group of people I KNOW are there for the same reason. The IN2U experience lingers long after the week is over. The change is REAL. The support is there and they make sure you leave with the tools to be able to continue a healthier lifestyle once you return home.
