Anyone that knows me knows that the kitchen and I are NOT friends. Yes, I can adequately feed myself and my son nutritionally balanced meals but if I’m being totally honest.. I don’t enjoy cooking. WHAT'S THEIR SECRET??
These guys make faking it easy and better still, most of their recipes require only 3 ingredients. So they are virtually idiot-proof (I say "virtually" because I did have to make the Cacao Muffins twice as "Einstein" here read 2/3 cup as two or three cups and caused a tidal wave of almond milk to overflow into my oven.. but that’s another story altogether) All their recipes require minimal prep and cooking time. Which is perfect for time-poor busy bees like us. You can make pretty much anything with them from breakfast all the way through to dessert and I know that in the end, what I have produced is something healthy, nutritious and delicious that I my body will love!!
