WATERMELON & ROSEWATER SMOOTHIE

I never tire of a good smoothie! This beauty makes a perfect festive mocktail. The watermelon has a lovely cooling quality, hydrating and mineralizing on a balmy summers eve. Rose has been revered for its beauty giving qualities since times of Ancient Greece and Rome and not to forget the bountiful anti-oxidising benefits of berries. To turn it into a more substantial meal, add some walnuts and a dash of almond milk for a little protein hit. Enjoy! 

2 glasses
Ingredients 
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp rosewater
2 cup fresh diced watermelon
2 cups frozen strawberries
½ cup coconut water
1 cup raspberries
Rose petals to garnish
A handful walnuts and a dash of almond milk (optional)

Method
Throw all the ingredients in the blender. Blend for half a minute. Adjust to suit your taste.
