HOMEMADE GINGER TEA

My morning absolute ritual... Homemade Ginger Tea.

With high levels of vitamin C, magnesium and loads of antioxidants, ginger tea can help aid digestion, relieve nausea, reduce inflammation and strengthen immunity! And it's so easy to make!!

Take 3 slices of fresh ginger, 1 slice of lemon, a drizzle of organic honey (optional) and fill it up with ALMOST boiling water. Let it infuse for a few minutes, remove the lemon (I find it goes too acidic if you leave it in there) and VOILA!! Delicious homemade ginger tea...
